Nam Lik National Park - 2 Days / 1 Night

Nam Lik River is one of many rivers located near Vientiane. Even though The river is rather small, the scenery around it is remarkable. There are huge limestone karst formations climbing straight up into the clouds with lush verdant valleys below. Large areas of rice paddies are everywhere dotted with water buffalos and cattle roam freely amongst the lowland vegetation. This is the same kind of picture you can see in a postcard.
